Return & Refund Policy – Techverse

At Techverse, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality, as displayed on our store. However, in rare cases where a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair Return & Refund Policy to protect your shopping experience.


Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return:

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

    • The product must include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Products that show signs of damage, misuse, or tampering will not be eligible for return.


Warranty Policy

  • Only selected products come with a repair warranty.

  • To claim warranty:

    • The warranty card and product serial number must be presented.

    • The number on the warranty card and the product’s serial number must match exactly.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Burned, physically damaged, or water-damaged products.

    • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized repair.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products are marked as non-returnable in their product descriptions.

  • These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be returned via your original payment method (or another agreed method in case of Cash on Delivery).
